The triple axel in there was GORGEOUS!! It didn't look labored at all but was fully rotated and not two-footed. Here's to hoping that we see it at 4CC!!

Poor Taka-chan. But who is Patrick pointing at? He's like, "it wasn't me, it was her!"--but is he pointing at Akiko or Mao? Both of them look kinda guilty.

(Maybe the little kids know the answer--they keep yelling "Mao-chan!" )

It looks to me that Takahashi told Yazuru to show a quad to the audience first and others including himself would follow.
But the music stopped while Taka did a quad and Takahashi and everyone left. So Taka actually pointed to Takahashi saying
"Hey, It's your turn. Don't runaway."

was really funny because Yuzuru seems to fail or even fall, he was sorry when he finished his jump. Taka was so funny without music.

I want to add that Mao was fairy, magical in the show. Even Shizuka looked almost wooden next to Mao's skating. I saw Mao first time in the arena this season and I was truly impressed.

ppl said they can buy the 2012 Japanese figure skater fan book 2012 - ladies at the rink yesterday (!)--> no wonder I saw other skaters' fan talked about other skaters regarding content of the book.

based on the book, actually Mao has three ex (!!!!) and the third is "Schindler's List".

Btw, since the fan book should be released by January 13, maybe there will be more information about it.

woow why have we then never heard or seen Mao's third ex? shikure please telll us if there is more iformation about the ex when you get the book!

I would love to see this! I'm in love with the soundtrack, especially the main theme.
I hope she'll do it at one of her next competitions.

OMG, "Schindler's List"??!! I've been wanting Mao to skate to that FOREVER!! But maybe it's good that she hasn't done that EX yet--maybe she'll use the music for one of her programs instead!

I agree - I really hope she does this and keeps Jupiter as her main ex. I can already imagine the program now! It'd be incredible. Anyone know who choreographed the Schindler's List ex?

OMG, either they have the same costume designer as the one who did Mao's "Bells" costume, or they are huge fans of Mao?!!

There's Miu Sato (I think?) who has a costume just like Mao's "Caprice" costume, and now this!

But really, who wouldn't want to be like Mao Asada?
