Congratulations with Machida for being the 1st in SP.
I think he is good at jumps which were superb towards other athletes.
But the music piece still remind me of Mao's elegance and it is like his
acts did not go with the music. It is like the one who already has a
program in mind and somebody turns on that music by coincident.
The finish pose was OK.

Music with lyric is messy sometimes. But I have to be accustomed to.

Pairs are on the ice right now, can't wait to see Yuko and Sasha! Cheering for Lena and Liza today)

I was surprised by how nervous Elena was. Her 3-3 was really tight.
I'm so happy for Liza, however, if Elena skates her LP the way she had at Japan Open, than she has this one in the bag. Hopefully she'll be less nervous tomorrow.

I'm seriously shocked (in a nice way) by an "almost" fair judging. I thought they were going to inflate Gracie's score for sure.

That's a big question who will win if both skate clean. Because even Lena's technical side of a program is harder, Liza has better jumps and I saw her live at Finlandia Trophy. Trust me, her jumps became even more huge then it was before. I love them both, but I really want Liza to win. She received so much hate after her failure last season. It was heartbreaking to see. Lot of Russian"fans" suggested her to quit skating.

Agreed. Gold was nice, but shame about the pops, and.... I really think she should skate to something a bit more bombastic? I do agree with Eurosport on how she should be 2nd to Cesario is the FS....
