The worst dresses in figure skating history

We were talking about Mao's the most beautiful dresses, why don't we start talking about costumes of other skaters? What are your least favourite dresses? My types:

7. Yuna Kim- 2008 Miss Saigon. I wouldn't say it's one of the worst dresses ever, but it's surely one of the worst dresses of Yuna. I can't tell even one thing I like about it.




6. Mao - 2009 Masquerade. TEB. (sorry, I can't pretend this dress didn't exist )



5. Oksana Baiul - Black dress makes her older (and this I-don't-know-what on the head... ), the rest two are simply ugly



4. Johnny Weir- well.. it was difficult to choose his the worst costume
You know... There was a big variety...



3. A.S & R. S - Their Costumes aren't very ugly, but my eyes can't stand them too flashy colors



2. O.D & M. T - I know these costumes show climat of music, but still...

Great picks!! I would say, don't forget Barbara Fusar-Poli's 2006 olympic OD, it's epic.(I don't know how to post pictures, sorry ). It's the one from Morozombie claus blog: the dress he suggested to Mirai Nagasu ). The ugliest must be Jana Khokhlova pink OD costume you posted. I can't think of something more voma inducing(and I find her a beautiful lady)

The only dresses I wouldn't post here are the ones of Savchenko/Szolkowy because they really fit the music and I like the idea of them. But I agree with you europeanfan the colors are really dazzling..
But I have another one from Yuna. I hate the colors there and just all about this dress is ugly in my eyes...

Love this thread! I think Barbara's dress takes the cake for me.
After seeing some of Yuna's younger pictures, I realize how much I preferred her makeup back then. Now she wears too much eyeliner.

Poor BriJou, he's definitely one of the worst dressed out of the top men for several years now. It's to the point now where Japanese skating fans make a running gag out of it (JouBe's costume isn't awful?! Unacceptable!). There's several montages on Nico Nico Douga dedicated to them too.

Other bad costumes that haven't been posted yet:

This is easily one of the worst outfit-with-pants that a lady wore in recent memory.
Japanese fans nicknamed it the "fresh-out-of-the-bath-look."
