Swine Flu!

Scary! but it seem to be like an ordinary flu.... anyone here got one? (swine flu or flu)

I still think SARS is scarier... like it's in Hong Kong / China! it's near here!

I live in Canada, so I better watch out. don't think it'll be as serious as sars but should not always prpecieeve...

yes, is worse the sars, but i live in mexico and all people is in panic and i am a doctor, the worst for me

My father's company (who is back in Japan) were actually slated to attending a business convention in Mexico but canceled it due to the outbreak, so it might be more serious than I initially thought...

When I went to this mass... there's a part of the mass offered for something about "swine flu" every curch here is proying for the safety of those who are in America0(continent)...

According to this article, JSF figure skating committee chairman, Hidehito Ito, revealed that they told Mao Asada, who is in training camp in Russia, and the other Japanese skaters abroad to use masks, gargle, and wash their hands thoroughly to avoid infection with the new strain of influenza [ie swine flu]. They don't want to overreact, for now they are just notifying people of the problem.

The state I'm in has quite a few cases of swine flu, but so far no one seems to be too worried...hopefully it all blows over and doesn't get worse.

thanks all you, at least in México the situation is stable now, be careful you too, at first symptom is better to go to doctor because the deaths are mainly consecuence of complications of people that didn´t take it importance.

oooh... just realized this... Canada will host the Olympics right? What if swine flu destroys the games! oh no! hopefully not!

In America! I guess that should be kind of scary.....
But when your school is still in and when other kids are at home for two weeks because one person at their school got sick...@__@
Everyone was panicking here a few days ago...and it was kind of fun in a scary kind of way... xD

According to this article, because of the spread of swine flu infections, they have postponed or canceled several sports related events in Osaka. Among the canceled events is a charity ice show event that was supposed to be held at a rink in Osaka. Nobunari Oda and Yukari Nakano were supposed to participate.

Looks like things are getting kind of serious in Japan!

There are three confirmed cases of swine flu in Australia currently. Apparently they're hunting for the people who were on the same flight as the woman who has swine flu.

It makes me nervous to go out on the streets. But it's a lot better here than, say, Japan and Mexico.

Hopefully the whole influenza will blow over by the Olympics.

OMG! We finally got our first case of ah1n1 virus.....

This girl that came from Canada and America from a vacation.... she's better not but.... she mught've spread it OH NO!

this 50 year old girl that came from.. umm.. i forgot.. she did not take any medicine but she's almost well.. so Swine flu is not really that much of a big deal! (THANKS TO TAMI FLU!)
