Fireworks for Mao! ..in some sense..

Now that Moa's birthday project has turned out to be such a success, how about celebrating it with these gorgeous fireworks?

There are big exhibitions of fireworks all over Japan in summer. I happened to watch a well-known fireworks competition on TV the other day and almost jumped up when I heard a very familiar tune. One of the fireworks artists used Caprice as the theme of his exhibit!

Then, there was Masquerade displayed in another fireworks exhibition (not a competition).
This one is soooo great! I think it is worth watching!!

These fireworks are great hanatsuki!

We have a fireworks festival right next to our house every year, but the quality isn't half as good as these. I'm sure the fireworks artisans who made these were all inspired by Mao's performances. Very beautiful and dynamic just like her programs!
