About investing in skating rinks. . .

Her skating rink in Sendai, the one that was also Shizuka's, closed down, so she moved to Nagoya to be able to train. Her and her family had to make the difficult decision of Rika moving away from her parents at only 9 years old. (at least I think that's what the situation is) I'm glad that her efforts paid off and she was able to medal at this competition, but I wonder if there were promising skaters in Sendai who had to quit skating because the rink closed down. . .
