| Thank you for the informaion. Its so sad that Yuki fell twice but I hope she's gonna do well on Free skate. I just know that she has been working on 3-3 combination so maybe that affected her jumping ability. | |

| It's arare to see Yuki fall. I hope she rebounds in the LP. If she skates well, she still should be able to win a medal. Good luck, Yuki! Good luck to the other girls, as well. I haven't seen much of their skating (or at all), but t both the American girls and Yuko seem to have done quite well in the SP. | |

| She didn't complete any of her combination jumps. I wonder what's wrong with her, but I hope she can do better next time! | |

| 4 falls in one competition... I hope that whatever is bothering Yuki now will be over in time for her next competitions. She has great potential and it would be sad if she weren't able to fulfill it because of injuries or a growth spurt. Good luck, Yuki! | |

| 3rd event: JGP Mexico City 10/09/2008 - 14/09/2008 Results page: http://www.isufs.org/results/jgpmex2008/index.htm
Unfortunately, Daisuke Murakami had to withdraw. He had already arrived in Mexico City with his coach, Nikolai Morozov, when it turned out that JSF messed up the paperwork and he was not allowed to participate. JSF always perfectly knows what "responsibility" means... when it comes to other people. I hope that whoever messed this up apologized on his knees.
Daisuke went back to America and participated in Midatlantics, where he scored 77.99 (!) for his SP, landing 3A, 3F3L and 3Lz. The highest SP score at Mexico was 67.24 (3F3T, 3Lz, 2A).
Ayane placed 5th... I wish she got her jumps steady, she is such an innovative skater. I love her layback.
4th event: JGP Ostrava 17/09/2008 - 21/09/2008 Results page: http://www.isufs.org/results/jgpcze2008/index.htm
Congrats to Yukiko Fujisawa! She won the event with an amazing score. I wish I could see the program. Angela Maxwell and Shoko Ishikawa did great as well.
I wish the JGP was televised. There is so many skaters I haven't even heard about, and some of them end up doing very well! | |

| Congratulations, Kanako! I think she was a bit robbed of the silver medal. She had better TES and lost only because of PCS - while a person who attended the event said that she was the most impressive, had great speed and knew how to get the audience going. She still struggles with underrotations, but at least she landed cleanly 3F in the LP and does not fall anymore. I think that she'll be able to fix the underrotations now that her body accustomed to the new center of gravity. She just needs some time to work on her legs strength to compensate for the additional height/weight. Also, good luck to Shibutanis! Their New Cinema Paradise FD is lovely. | |

| Thanks for the link bibi! I remember watching Kanako back when she was 12, and I was thoroughly impressed by her, and the performances in the JGP had me really excited. She is definitely my favorite out of the juniors right now - so much energy and SPEED! : Really helps that the crowd loves her too. | |

| Wow, Kanako has really improved a lot! I also took a notice of her when she was still a novice skater, and I'm happy she's developing into a great competitior. She has a lot of charisma! Yukiko was great as well, she has lovely balletic style and nice flexibility. Her spiral sequence was nearly the same as Mao's! She seems to be a little more shy and not yet as confident as Kanako, but I think she has a great future as well. | |
