Thanks for the link Dani-Chan! It's nice to know that Mao has expressed enthusiasm and has said she has done everthing she should until now and that her condition is good. She also mentions that she wants to send a message to the world that Japan is okay through her performances. Since Sato had said in an interview that Mao winning the title this time would be 'very difficult' although he did add that we'll just have to see what will happen, I've been worried alot about how she is. But this interview at the airport gave me the impression that she's relaxed and positive. I hope she can deliver her best, as she always does in the final competition during a season. I do wish she can win...we really need some good news here in Japan...but if she can give a satisfying performance, no matter the outcome, she will surely give us hope and energy. PS:I'll be looking forward to search for polosatik, too! It would be great if the Japanese broadcast would include a shot with you in it!

| There are only 12 qualifiers from the preliminary round right? If yes looks like Min-Jeong KWAK will not make it as she's now #13 with 2 more to go. | |

Poor dear... these are really low marks. 15th in the qualys with 67 points. I wonder what happened... she was doing quite well last season. I wanna see the protocols!! (I don't think we'll be seeing that skate anywhere on YT...)

| Welcome back Potato! Glad to know that you're with us for Worlds 2011! roma, I read somewhere that MJ scored 67. I thought she would get at least 70 based from her performance this season. Yuna must work hard to secure Korea two positions! | |

| I just heard Patty went clean! And scored 93..... is that the highest SP score for men so far? I have a feeling that we will see some high scores in the events. | |

Just going through a rough calculation on his elements he probably received all +GoEs and a level 4 on his SLSS. Well, congrats PatC on your first Worlds title! Can't say I'm surprised though - unless the other men stop with the safety-first 3-3 layout it's going to be PatC all the way from now on. (I mean, really, the only skaters left who have a remote chance of breaking 80 in the SP are Dai, Tono, and Tomas). Kozu had a hand down on his 3A while Florent was clean.

| Yeah, PChan went really clean. But only 77.62 for Taka. If only that 3A was clean... The rest was really good.
Now, Go Dai and Nobu!!! | |

| His TES is monstrous as well - 51.48! -_- I find it really hard to swallow this! >.< A world record right? Clean is one thing - 93.02 is just something else! Frankly - we need to put our hands on the video soon - It might be a masterpiece! The pressure gnawing Dai and Oda must be terrible!... I can't imagine anyone beating him unless he does serious mistakes in his FP! | |

| I saw his program: it was good, typically Chan program. His jumps were extraordinary. I must admit there's something about him I dislike, but oh well....his PCS were bigger at the GPF. He earned that TES. He landed 4T-3T, 3A and 3F Oh, here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CikY_QCBp-g | |

Oh, here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CikY_QCBp-g Thanks. His jumps were really great. Very light and easy. I must say I kinda enjoyed this program, even though some of the movements were a bit funny. But this is the most free I've seen him skate and his footwork at the end was wonderful. Dai's still the better skater and artist to me though!

| Seriously - The moment he started skating - I cracked! I was like - 'Oh if Yuna would have been a dude - She'd be him!' He is good - He is really good! But 93.02 -_- 0O Maybe am the only one who feels this way! I don't like the whole huge marks difference - Maybe coz am the hard worker type - I usually work a lot in class - and just below me a prodigy does barely as much as I do, bangs me with a 20 marks difference... So I can imagine how the other skaters feel... I am waiting for his FP impatiently! | |
