Is Dai not participating in any of the shows? His injury must be severe enough that he can't.

I heard that D/W skated to Rachmaninoff "Concerto #2" at the first show in Florida. I'd like to see it

D/W has already performed Rach 2 at Olympic FS gala, IIRC. They skated to the 2nd movement. A funny side note is that, Rach 2 have been performed, this passing season, by: Mao -- movement 1; D/W -- movement 2; Rachael (Flatt) -- movement 3. At a certain point I've thought they should just put the whole Concerto together in a show or something, that would be lovely...

I totally forgot about that It was a lovely program!

I know, but according to Kurt Browing when they go on tour Mao cannot go out with them. She is to famous for that in Japan. Of course, I am sure Mao will like to go, but I guess her outing have to be planned in advanced to anticipate the crowd.

I love this Mao exhibition! I hope that maybe they'll extend the timing of it so that I'll be able to go if I make it to Japan sometime!
And the MaoMao merchandise , when I saw the teddy bears in the cans dressed in Mao's costumes, omg. I knew I wanted one! I wonder if MaoMao ships overseas, it'll be tough to decide which costume I want from that collection!

I was trying to provide info about the Ex at Takashimaya for other friends on FB. Here's more details about it -- Currently -- Tokyo Takashimaya (Nihon-bashi) until 21st this month. Then it will go on to: Nagoya (4/23-28); Osaka (5/1-12); Yokohama (6/5-16); finally Kyoto (8/6-17) All at local Takashimaya (the department store). NB: It is free entrance!

I just saw that some of her EX program costumes are there too- I loved the Jupiter costume. And the 1st black and white Fantaisie impromptu dress, oh dear, so many decisions.
The red costume is from her Czardas Long Program (06-07)! (Same season as her 1st Nocturne SP)
Oh, thats right! Thanks!!! I got confused since all the other ones are from this past quad; I took the black and white one as her first Swan Lake dress.
