| I absolutely love Mao 3 axel! it was clean and not cheated, that was so a long time since I saw her doing it without brackets, I think she should leave it without them! GO MAO!! | |

| Thank you, Popon and Yumei, for the links! Wow, that 3A looked so light and effortless! I agree that she should do it without brackets. It's great that she proved that she can do it even out of a difficult entrance, but it seems that when she does the brackets, she loses a bit of flow and speed (and the judges never seem to appreciate the difficulty of it, either...). This one in the practice was so high and light! | |

| Welcome, tianrushui, nice to meet you! The music that plays in the background is the main theme from the movie "The Neverending Story". The song is also called "The Neverending Story". Here you can see the original clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3khTntOxX-kThere were many covers of this song - in the Mao clip the song is sung by a female singer. Sadly, I can't recognize which version it is. Maybe later I'll search for it on YT. It sounds nice when played by Vanilla Mood: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hk41k0_AiHM | |

| I have a couple of friends at TEB this year - I was supposed to be going myself as I saw Mao there 2 years ago live and got to meet her but work got in the way this time .......anyway, my friend says that Mao was ON at practice today and landed some beautiful triple axels together with rock solid triple flip triple loop combo's. As my friend didn't say - and he surely would have, I'm guessing they were rotated | |

This is supposed to give you live coverage: http://tvpot.daum.net/video/live/Top.do?diff=-7I haven't tried it myself since i'm using WebTV (WebTV also gives you a 3-day free trial period, but a just a bit more involved in terms of installation). | |
