| Hi everyone, So this year, at my figure skating club show, the theme is Seasons. So, I have to find a music related to that (other than chrismas music, I believe(Olympic song)). I don't have any good idea. If you have ideas for me, I would be pleased Thanks! | |

| Ooo good theme!
I really like the Winter and Summer movements (maybe even Spring) of Vivaldi- although this may be a bit too cliche for you.
The song "Summertime" is great- I think there are many instrumental versions too!
"Winter" from the Harry Potter (I think movie #4) is a beautiful piece of music.

| I found a song on yt called Winter Sonata Only You. It's very pretty, but very soft: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=totERfiKZmIHere is another one called Autumn Tale Romance. It's also very pretty, but very soft: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvlgnAMlCS0&feature=relatedThose two videos were kind of linked up together, and there were a whole bunch more winter, and autumn instrumental songs bunched in with them. I didn't listen to any more of them though. I'll leave that up to you, if you want do it. If you could find a good version of "The Rose" by Bette Midler, that's a really pretty song. Kinda springy? I found one instrumental version on yt, but it wasn't very good. I wish there was a good version with no vocals of this song I've always liked called Beachbreeze. I did find one, but it's being mixed into another song at the end. And most skaters don't want to skate to techno anyway, but here's the link in case you're currious (and sorry about the pic!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZorvbwnZNf4&feature=PlayList&p=B5FB10E7CE5B75C2&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=50A while back, there was a video on yt of Mao skating to a pretty instrumental version of Kiss From a Rose by seal, but I can't find it now . That would be a good song if you could find it. I am with sapphiresky for the Harry Potter song for my number 1 choice by far though! | |

Yay Batsuchan! I'm so glad to hear that someone else knows about them and loves them them too! Yes! I would love it if she could skate to Secret Garden- Song from a Secret Garden is beautiful! "Adagio" also seems to be good figure skating music- the style is somewhat like the Fantasia from Ladies in Lavender. I cannot believe how talented they are in writing songs, including You Raise Me Up Mukhortova and Trankov skated to one of the Secret Garden songs! (Can't remember which one it was off the top of my head..) I actually put "Song from a Secret Garden" on the CD I put in a present for Mao at Worlds 2009 (along with "Liebestraum" and "Schindler's List", among others). Absolutely love them!

Mao's page on Wikipedia says that she used Over the Rainbow by Eva Cassidy in 2005-2006. Maybe you can use it for next time.
