I hate the dress. Hate it, hate it, hate it. I almost thought it wasn't real at first. The front looks as if it was drawn on with microsoft paint or something. Even the rose bra dress is better. Why Mao, WHY? But maybe it's ugliness has some sort of magical power-- a good luck charm of sorts. Like her red/black "Bells" costume that she wouldn't get rid of last year yet she won worlds with it.

the dress is actually much better than the previous ones. it does add life to the programme with its bright colours and dramatic designs.

if the red portion of the dress was modified and didn't like so, triangular, i suppose, then i'd actually like it. and i don't like yu-na's dress either. tatiana might aswell had chosen yu-na's dress too.

Mao's dress isn't so bad but it's also isn't my fav (the same about Yuna's dress), I definitely prefer the one she wore at 4CC.

But...
let's remember Mao said she thinks red is her "winning" color

well after seeing the costume I now have the confirmation that TAT did do her dress, like mao said she would let her.. sigh... anyway no matter what mao wears she always looks beautiful... anyway how is mao's practice going any news

i agree just not like yu-na's lipstick in the picture. something just looks a bit "off". maybe kumiko has something against make up? well at least mao's flesh colored fabric matches the tights on her legs, although i do prefer the over the boot she usually wears.

I thought they usually go without make-up (or very minimal) during practice sessions? To me, Yuna doesn't look like she's wearing makeup either.

Honestly, I think Mao's makeup this season has been very flattering... I remember the first time watching her EX, where she's wearing the white dress, and her skin just looked dewy and glowing... just very natural and enhances her natural beauty. I think in all of her competitions thus far, her makeup looked really nice.

Mao usually never wears make-up during dress rehearsals. She'll have make-up later on. Mao never wears make-up during practices.

I think Yu-Na is wearing some make-up. I've noticed that she wears more casual make-up this season. She is all grown up.

Well, it's not as bad as her red Bells costume but that's about the only possitive thing I have to say about it.

Praying it at least brings Mao some luck and gives her power to land all her jumps beautifully! Worship

hmmm.... not sure I like this dress design. I liked the 4CC one but it will depend later on how she skates and her makeup.

As for Yuna's dress, it's now what I'd expect from her. But one thing I noticed at first glance... it looks like Mao's JO LP dress but with different colors and modified design.

Im so happy, finally we´ll se Mao skating again, for me is like i haven´t seen her skating for a year.

i hope she can feel calm and happy so she will feel satisfied when this finish and tomorrow could skate without worring for the SP.

. I hope during the program with the music it looks better and i hope the make up to be good and the dress of tomorrow to be the same as always or better (i guess TAT didn´t help her with this one Laughing

I don't see Mao's triple axel problem in the tweets.

its under the universal sports tweets...for some reason when you get to the page...the most recent tweet it shows is the one from
an interview with florent......12 new tweets should pop up and u will see it....it also has tweets on the other ladies as well

i saw the tweet, i just hope Mao calms down please. i don´t care about the colour of the medal, just want her to skate clean.
