bibi, I like her skating a lot too and she reminds me a little bit of Taka since those textbook jumps and she has great presentation especially as her age.
I think she will become a good skater if she keep staying with team Sato and if she does everything right as young age then she won't suffer when she starts to grow up.

ETA: when I looked at her wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haruna_Suzuki I think she has already started to grow since she is 156cm now.
