As a devoted Mao-Taka shipper, I have faith! I think that it's probably true that Mao doesn't really listen to Taka-chan, but one day, she will wake up and see what a great guy she has right in front of her.

And as mingming pointed out, Taka-chan did say that he didn't mind if he dated/married a skater. After all, both of his parents are skaters! I still remember that Chukkyo Figure corner from a few years back where they went to see his grandfather. Honda-announcer asked him something like, "What are your hopes for your grandson," and his grandpa replied, "Get married soon!"

I can only imagine this...

I love your Mao-Taka mini skits. I’ve read a few of them and I wish we could collect them together into one thread. I look forward to your posts. I can speak Japanese quite fluently but my reading and writing skills are abysmal. I rely on the translations (of magazine articles, newspapers and the occasional gossip) from members of this forum to keep myself informed. The added humor and personality from each poster is a bonus too!

I’ve watched a lot of youtube videos. I do remember the one you mentioned about Takahiko’s Grandpa. I’d also seen the interview mingming posted. She may be right about Takahiko dodging the question and using Dai’s advice as cover. I love the idea of Mao-chan and Taka-chan! Total cuteness!!! I don’t know if any of this is realistic. But it is adorable just to think about it!

Hi ~I am new comer and I think i can answer the secret piece thing. since i am not that good at Japanese, I won't translate every word

1. silver medal: basically talking about the worlds 2011. how he feels, how his parents, especially father thought about that, and his plan about the 4T in future program.

2. training with Mao: something we heard a lot like Mao makes him thinking about how to arrange his training. Host said Mao may feel good influence from him too. then Taka said it would be nice if so...lol

12.the music for FP of this season is what his grandpa wants his father to skate before then taka didn't know that before he used this music for FP.

13.what kind of music he wants to use for next season~ he said " passionate"...then Ms. Yaginuma asked if he want to using passionate music, having a date / romance / relationship is important~ how about that?

i think someone needs to be more direct, ans i´m afraid that Mao won´t be that person

so, the things were like we all believed, I know its not sure that Mao is the girl, but probably yes. What´s wrong with Taka just ask to Mai is you are afraid to ask to Mao directly
