Apparently they did this at Worlds this year - that was one of the test events? I'm not sure what to think... Suspect

Pretty sure that was the case. I think this was officially "declared" by ISU earlier in the 08-09 season, and I still hate it. The number of judges whose scores actually count for TES/PCS are already quite low to begin with, but 5 is just... Very Mad

I know its a bad economy and I know the ISU continues to be losing money, but seriously, Cinquanta? Frustrated
