yeah, I've also had problems with magnezium deficiency, which led to some nasty leg cramps.   Now that I know that chocolate is reach in magnezium, it's bye-bye magnezium pills, and hello chocolate.   

THAT sounds like a good therapy!

Ahh, that's probably why tennis players often eat banana, to prevent leg cramps.

And remember Mao said in one of those recent interviews that she also likes banana. She likes to eat banana with soybean powder.

No, I don't think so. It only says they're going to make the FS program perfect.

As for the SP, Mao went to Lori for advices about "how to put in more emotion". It seems that now they come up with a "story" to the Nocturne. It's still about fist love, but there will be part about like "two people in the snowy mountain..." etc.

I hope Mao will be able to skate in competitions as she does in practice, I know she can do this!

If I remember correctly, this information has been discussed on Mao's fb group. It seems like Shanetta only works as Tat's assistant to help with the Rach2.
