Thanks for the links, kirakira!
So they opened a skate rink in Roppongi and want it to be a "date spot", huh?
In the second clip, they ask Shizuka and Mai what they think about having a date at the skating rink. Mai's amused expression at 0:37 TOTALLY reminded me of Mao.
Shizuka says she can't really imagine doing that herself, and Mai is also kind of like, uhhh, does that mean you have to have a date to skate there? Then Shizuka says, "but if it's someone who skates better than you then it would be good" and Mai agrees.
Here's some more pics from the event:

http://response.jp/article/2010/01/06/134443.htmlAbout Mao, Mai said, "I want to enjoy her journey until she goes to Vancouver with her. I think she'll absolutely bring home a medal."
http://news.walkerplus.com/2010/0105/12/Mai said, "(At the Olympics), I want to see Mao cry tears of joy. Until she was selected to go to the Olympics, I was nervous, but now I am watching over her with an excited feeling."
http://www.sanspo.com/sports/news/100106/spm1001060505001-n1.htmAccording to this article, Mai and Mao watched the Kouhaku Uta Gassen (Red & White Song Contest) on New Year's Eve and ate yummy food, but they didn't talk about the Olympics.
This article says that TAT is supposed to come to Japan around the 10th and then they'll go to 4CC.
