Now that I could take a close look at the program, I LOVED IT!!!
It has a lot of dancing elements that I hadn't noticed in the blurred versions. The hand movement in the spiral was fab.
I can't to see it clean.

Same! There's a lot of detail in the choreography that I love, and that I completely missed with the lesser quality vids.

Look at how differently she uses her hands/even fingers in this kind of program vs. a Ballade type program. It boggles my mind that people say she lacks artistry, when she's one of the only skaters to pay attention to the tiniest details.

I totally agree with you--Mao makes all those skating loops and twizzles look sooo effortless and lovely. Love Hearts

Of course, I could watch her skate all day long, but I'd say the same thing about watching her practice--I could definitely do that all day long! Yep!

There was also a Maoshenko moment in the beginning of that video, where as she's skating by, Plushy taps her on the shoulder. What's funny is that it's always Plushy that pays attention to Mao - she's always in her own world and doesn't really notice him as she's passing by. He's always the one who stops to talk to her or pat her on the shoulder or whatever. Hehehe.

yeah I have noticed that too, there also is a video where mao arrives at the skating rink where all the other skaters are practicing, and you could clearly see pluschy get a wide smile when he saw mao...

I love how Mao is SO focused whenever she practices, she doesn't see anyone else lol...so in her own little world.

I wish I'm like that when I'm studying Razz
