In opening, Mao paired with Charlie and Yuzuru, and Taka was with Meryl. we can see a little bit in the news clip that taka / meryl were behind Mao / Charlie.

in ending, Mao was with Jeff then Taka was with Jeremy.
Taka and Jeremy skated to a country piece and ppl said that was a must see.
Mao didn't skate well in the early session but did better in later one, landed 2A, 3F but still double her 3Lo.
Taka skated clean for both programs, one is "moondance" and the other as expected is "The sound of silence"..the second one earned him full house of standing ovation. for moondance, he landed 3Lz, 3T and 2A. for the other program he landed 3A likes what he did in the vid clip yesterday.
Yuzuru skated to his ex and SP. the SP is from Jeff but he looked tired and not did well. just want and see for tomorrow--> he is young and can recover soon

According to 2ch, Mao's EX has 2As, one with an umbrella and the other one after a fan spiral; 3F after some backward steps; and 3L after a short spiral. She also sings to the music.

In the interview Mao said she'll be happy if she's able to put a spell on the audience with her performance and make them feel cheered up.

Fernandez seems to have landed quads multiple times.

i really does wonder how Mao could jump with that dress on,anyway it looks good and probably fits well with the music!

I really like Mao's dress, but it does look a bit heavy to me. Hmm... And I think it could do better if there wasn't an abundance of the red ribbons! But Mao looks supercalifragilisticexpialidocious so I can easily ignore that!

Kanako's dress reminds me of Mao's Lupin costume. And Taka looks to like Michael Buble. His jumps are simply gorgeous!

Thanks for the updates! Mao's EX costume is ok and, like klarification, I wish there were less small ribbons. It does look heavy maybe thats the reason she had jump troubles. At first glance it looked similar to last year's Chopinata costume. I do wanna see that EX badly now.

Mao looks beautiful and so happy. I didn't realize how much I missed seeing her on the ice until I watched these clips..it is so nice seeing her skate again. I like that her ex seems to be a light, upbeat one this year. Perhaps that means that the really emotional, masterpiece program(s) this year will be her competitive ones rather than her exhibition

well I think it's refreshing that Mao is experimenting a bit, and i think it's kind of amazing how every program of her is soo uniq, everytime she shows us a new program i always try to find programs that reminds me of hers, but I never find any lol.

now if they would just post her program soon i have been waiting forever to see it! and i have soo missed Mao too

by the way i really am so curious to know what muisc Mao has chosen for her competitive programs!

I see why Mao favors Lori Nichol and Tat Tarasova choreography. Tat and Lori show contrasting sides of her.

Yes! That would be simply AMAZING! I just hope she won't be using TAT as her costume designer.

As a sidecomment - her face looks so happy and glowing now! All last year, you could tell she wasn't nearly as carefree, but that is probably because of her mother. Hopefully she is starting to recover from the shock after having some time to rest and think.

it looks like the official broadcast will be next month and i don't think we will see any of the performances before that!

Next month?? Really hope we get to see it before next month..

That was the first thing I noticed too. There's a world of difference from last year, and that's really great to see.

so theiceCTV will upload it soon after that
