| I'm happy with the pairs results currently. I'm a big fan of S/Z and S/S as well and it's hard for me to pick just one to root for to win DANCE: 1 Meryl DAVIS / Charlie WHITE USA 65.80 32.70 33.10 8.65 8.50 8.70 8.85 8.85 0.00 #6 2 Tessa VIRTUE / Scott MOIR CAN 64.01 31.30 32.71 8.50 8.45 8.65 8.60 8.80 0.00 #5 3 Nathalie PECHALAT / Fabian BOURZAT FRA 56.93 28.10 28.83 7.60 7.30 7.70 7.65 7.70 0.00 #4 4 Sinead KERR / John KERR GBR 56.47 28.30 28.17 7.40 7.10 7.45 7.50 7.60 0.00 #2 5 Anna CAPPELLINI / Luca LANOTTE ITA 54.91 28.00 26.91 7.00 6.90 7.10 7.05 7.30 0.00 #3 6 Vanessa CRONE / Paul POIRIER CAN 51.69 27.00 24.69 6.55 6.20 6.60 6.55 6.60 0.00 #1 I'm so happy for Meryl and Charlie! Their OD gives me the chills I really like Tessa & Scott, too, but sometimes I feel like they concentrate more on the choreography than actually connecting with the audience and each other | |

| It's so frustrating! I can't see GPF I thought the CCTV5 streams on TvAnts were good ones.. But right now they are all showing basketball and earlier there was bull riding And I can't find any other streams.. ugh! Yay Daisuke I wish I could see it live.. Now I have to wait for YT edit: I think I get it. Maybe CCTV5 is going to show IceDance live and then recorded ladies' SP! The time difference between Poland and China is 7 hours, not 8 like I thought earlier. So if anyone wants to watch it I think there still might be a chance! | |

Go Miki! Go Miki! She was really great except for a small mistake on her layback spin where she almost lost her balance to fall But she hung in there! Yu-Na popped--that was unexpected. She was good with putting it behind her, though, and just getting through the rest of the SP. I hope Miki can do awesome in the LP...this must be a really big morale booster for her!

| Based on the scores posted by MikiAndoFan#1, it looks exciting enough for me. The score difference isn't much so I hope they'll give it their all during the FS. Based on the Men's scores also it was very, very close. Did the top 3 land a quad each? | |

Good luck to all in the LP! Thanks for the scores, and a happy day for you!! Honestly, I think it's great that we have some competition for the LP (and where is Polosatik?? She will be THRILLED that Alena is in third! ). It saddens me though that none of the top ladies rotated a 3-3s (Yuna received a < mark in addition to her pop), because it would have been even more awesome if Miki and Yuna were that close with perfect, 3-3 performances. Not sure what the deal is on Yuna's 3F- it looked just awful and shaky at SA in practice, but at this comp, I've heard from every report that it is rock solid, with not a single miss in practices. Must be psychological- I guess the weight of this season is hitting her a little later than the other girls, and now it's an equal playing field. I'm so happy for Miki, though. I love both her SP and LP this year, and how great for her to have a clean SP for the first time this season! I just hope she uses this to fuel her into having a wonderful LP. Miki hasn't always been the best under pressure and a win here could give her a lot of confidence (although I hope the crazy Japanese media will leave her alone!! ). Doesn't she automatically qualify for the Olympics with a win here? All in all, exciting results, although I'm a little sad about the mistakes and such. The LP will be a battle!

| It's been such an interesting competition so far. Men's scores were totally inflated but the ranking seems fine so I guess it's fair enough. I thought it would be same with the ladies, but then the scores of Akiko and Ashley were a bit low compared to the other girls. GO Daisuke and Nobu and everybody else tomorrow!!! Also, congrats to Meryl and Charlie! and If I can talk about Junior GPF here, I wanna say congrats to Yuzuru too!!! | |

| HAHAAAAA ... Yuna is second in the SP ! I know I'm really mean but I'm just happy that Mao is not alone with her mistakes ... Nobu's jumps are really crazy (I heard that Plush is training 4T-4T and 3A-4T... it will be very exciting when both come up with combos like this)February can't come fast enough... | |

I kinda loved the fact that the Japanese crowd went EHHHH~?! when the scores for Akiko and Ashley were announced. My goodness, Yoyogi Stadium is PACKED - even the attendance for the junior events were top notch. Good luck to all the skaters tomorrow!

Was the triple flip the jump Yu-Na left out at TEB? Yes,Yuna missed triple flip in TEB LP,fell in this jump in SA LP. She made mistake on this jump in three consecutive competitions. So,I think what really matters for her is whether she could have a good 3flip tomorrow. If she continues to have problem in this jump, I'm afraid this will continue to bother her in Olympic. If she could have a good LP especially with a great 3flip, this competition could be a breakthrough to her. Let's wait and see.

Woah, had to squint there for a sec to read that. My eyes feel funny now But yeah, those people are totally rude. When athletes travel from their own countries to participate in a big sporting event in another nation, they should be made to feel welcome and treated like honoured guests. Some people don't clap out of indifference, but others do it out of pure spite. Both are equally rude, in my honest opinion. To be fair, though, I personally have done it to other people when I'm on the losing side at school sporting events, academic competitions etc. I find it difficult to control my emotions at times like those, but I'll try harder in the future
