since everyone got flowers but he didn't..then he felt panic LOL then you can see Mao saw that and asked him (maybe something like what is going on) ~then he answered her.
Akko and kanako was curious about what is going on then Mao told them...all ppl were laughing.

the thing is ...Mao was placed 1st but Taka placed 2nd--> the place they stood is Mao, Akko, Kanako, Dai, Taka then Yuzuru.
Mao saw that from such distance and no one can get between them.

I wonder what happened here? The announcer said that "Kozuka-senshu had a hard time getting the flower bouquet," so does that mean the little boy started skating away from him before handing it over, so he had to call him back?

Or perhaps the little boy is quite in love with our Mao-chan, and therefore very jealous of Bambi-chan, so he was like, "I'm not giving you this bouquet! You stay away from my Mao-chan!!!"
