| Guys, you shouldn't worry. It's Adelina's old training costume Her new costume is not ready yet, so she wore her training suit | |

| I don't know if it is from TAT or not, I remember she skated in JGP in this dress, cause her lavender dress was in the process of making) And now she used this dress at Russian test skate, where she skated to her SP Bolero. | |

Thanks polosatik! Was there ever a video of her from those test skates? I saw several skaters videos but not her.

| OMG that dress IS bad! One of the worst I've seen. So it's her "training costume"? I didn't know there was such a thing. I'm always learning something new about figure skating! | |

| Adelina's SP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DB8RTVIqwroI think the choreography is interesting and you can see TAT was doing it. The costume I am not sure about though.. We will see her version of Lieberstraum tomorrow. | |

| Thanks Polosatik, I was looking for it. Maybe this program needs time, but right now I like Mao's version much better. | |

| I may sound subjective cause I don't like Adelina, but the program is lovely yes, but it doesn't suit her at all. She lucks softness and grace for this music. Music like Bolero suit her much better. Her skating is absolutely pale , music by itself and she is by herself. | |

| I'm so glad Mao got Lori to choreograph Liebestraum for her. Lori's plays it safe but Liebestraum is pretty conventional stuff, so it is actually suitable. I thought TAT would choose an remix version, but I guess she picked the original piano piece. I dunno; it fell flat for me. But it seems Adelina has an ambitious jump layout, so I think she'll score high if she performs it cleanly. | |

| 0O Is it just me or the transitions seem to come out of Mao's LP - the whole arms going above the head and all that...? Like seriously its just now that Tat seems to notice what works best with the judges! *_* I also expected something quite extravagant - But I guess they are working on the grown up image of Adelina...
Anyway - It'll be quite impossible for her to score high PCS with such a program - She is just not cut yet for something so soft - Her skating felt so coarse and unfinished - Albeit, her jumps are good! Let's just hope Mao wows the judges with her LP! *COME SOON NOVEMBER*

| hmmmm Adelina's LP is mehh....she doesn't really have the maturity or the expression to match the music....I think that will hurt her especially when it will be compared directly to Mao who has that expression and that lightness......i think that if Mao has the jumps her version of liebstraume will overshadow Adelina's
I also dont like where they position the 2a-3t in Adelina's program because its too similar to where Mao had hers
I also dont think Adelina had much there in terms of transitions either

| I don't like this program for Adelina. She looks like someone who's just doing excercise on a beautiful music without any connection to it. There are other music pieces out there that would suit her much better and make her look mature (if that's what they want to show this season). She does have great spins though. And it seems that TAT really likes twizzles. | |

I feel the same way that TAT likes twizzles and likes one hand up twizzles Adelina really moves fast and has good flow but just don't feel the music is right in the clip. if you change the music to something more powerful or energetic, this program will be more strong. hope they won't ruin her senior debut since she is such a strong skater.

Couldn't agree more. she's very fast, her jumps look great, and her spins are gorgeous, but at this point she's not ready for lyrical, soft, romantic music. I think music like Tosca, Turandot... (drama, power) would suit her MUCH better. However, I prefer Liza as a skater. she has so much personality on the ice, it's a joy to watch her.

| To be honest, I feel reassured after watching Adelina's Liebestraum. I think Mao won't have any problems to win the LP as long as she lands her jumps. Artistically, there's no comparison. (although Adelina's jumps are fabulous. I think she might be the best female jumper in the world right now.) I don't think Liebestraum is a good choice for Adelina. Something like Czardas, Sing sing sing, Pirates of the Caribbean or Tango de roxanne would suit her better. I too prefer Liza, even though she's the underdog for now. She has so much charisma and presence for someone so young. | |

| I have to say i am not really surprised seeing how tat made such a beautiful and lyrical music into a program that doesn't match it at all, probably because the skater herself doesn't have what it takes to skate to such music, it really didn't fit at all, adelina lacked the lithness and smoothnes in her movement and she didn't connect to the music at all... maybe i am beeing to harsch but this was a really dissapointing program since the choreography wasn't there and the music and the skater couldn't be anymore different, it just felt really odd...
and I don't know what you guys see in adelinas jumps cause for me they may seem powerful at times but it looks like she doesn't seem to have full control over them since her landing is a bit too shaky... and her jump layout is odinary or atleast not something that makes me worry.. and her spins and steps were also normal with nothing special after my oppinion.. and when it comes to artistry i couldn't see it... I think skaters like haruka imai and carolina zhang had alot more artistry and were much more pleasent to watch if you compare there programs with adelinas new programms..
