Please remember that he has a surgery in May and it's better to save his force for competitions but not for shows.
I'm sure he will do his best and not because of Patrik or someone else. Just because he is Daisuke Takahashi and he has remained to be the best.

I was just going to mention that. Thank you. But one must admit that Chan is unfortunately so high in the judges' favor at this point (obviously they want him as a champion) that it's going to be near impossible to even come close to him without a quad.

However, I'm going to be honest about this program. Solid in terms of technique, but it just kind of left me cold. I also feel as if Dai is a bit on "auto-pilot" if that makes any sense. Or maybe it's just that the music is so somber and also because the video isn't in HQ/HD, thus I'm cranky, lol. That, and it's kind of giving off a Lambiel vibe, like Polosatik mentioned earlier. Actually, I can see a lot of Buttle too. It may take some time getting used to.

I'm glad to know that Lambiel and Buttle vibes are not only my imagination It feels kind of Jeffrey's ararat, which also was choreographed by David. Like an artist Dai sells this program perfectly, but I have doubts about this program being actually HIS program.

I don't think they are dating but they did spend a lot of time together...almost their whole skating career
they feel so comfortable to post pics of them maybe just because there is nothing going on

Lori has to give him something really, really good and unique. Miyamoto, Camerlengo and Wilson already gave him masterpieces in his recent programs. But then Dai-chan is Dai-chan. He can skate to anything...

Another good thing with Daisuke is that he tries different choreographers and different styles. Now that we know who his choreographer will be I'm keeping my fingers crossed while Mao's camp hasn't made any announcements yet. I'm still hoping it won't be Lori or Tat this season.

god how i wish Mao would use camerlengo i really love the programs he has done for akiko and i am sure they would fit mao perfectly and give her a new different but fitting style... and most of all it would be exciting with a climax.... Mao please plleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaseee use try other choreographers there are soo many great ones out there with creativity and uniq styles... and Mao is the kind of skater that can adabt to any kind of music, she therefor would be every choreographers dream....
